A "glimmer" is a moment of joy, satisfaction, or relief that provides a temporary respite from the overwhelming demands that we all experience in our lives. Recognizing and actively seeking out these "glimmers" can help us to cope with stress and promote moments of positivity and fulfillment. It is in these small moments when our biology is in a place of connection and our nervous system experiences calm.


The more you look for them, the easier they are to find.
