Jordan Neeley, MA, LPC
Jordan is a Licensed Professional Counselor, providing mental health services to pre-teens, teens, and adults. Jordan provides therapy from a strengths-based perspective, recognizing each client’s strengths and abilities and honoring each person as an individual. She has created a comfortable physical space and an emotionally safe place as well- a place to be open and understood.

Jordan worked at Dee Norton Child Advocacy Center for eight years within her role as a therapist with Charleston/Dorchester Mental Health Center. At Dee Norton, Jordan facilitated forensic assessments and provided Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), an evidence-based treatment for children and teens that have experienced trauma and are impacted by related symptoms. Jordan also supported children and teens in risk reduction through intervention around body safety, internet safety, self-esteem work, assertiveness training, and parenting support.

Jordan also has experience providing school-based mental health interventions. She worked diligently with school staff to develop mental health related goals and accommodations for Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) and 504 plans. She facilitated discussions with school staff and families aimed at increasing awareness about the impact of trauma and mental health on academic performance and behavioral disruption.

After providing mental health services in child advocacy and school-based settings, Jordan worked in a local group practice. This afforded Jordan the opportunity to work with diverse groups and further explore adult specialties.

In her spare time, Jordan enjoys spending time with friends and family, taking in the beautiful Lowcountry landscape, and cheering on the Clemson Tigers.
